I.  本實驗室長期以來主要以細胞生物學、分子生物學和生物化學等為研究手段,在分子水平、細胞和亞細胞水平以及組織和個體水平上,從事幹細胞增殖與分化、細胞周期調控、細胞核結構和動态變化功能、Ran GTP酶功能調控等方面的研究。實驗材料主要包括:培養細胞,小鼠,非洲爪蟾,果蠅等。


II.  已取得如下主要成績: 

1,發現Ran GTPase 控制核膜裝配(Science, 2000; Curr Biol, 2011; J Cell Sc, 2012)。
2,發現Ran GTPase 控制紡錘體組裝(J Cell Sci, 1999)。 
3,建立了應用相關蛋白質小球和細胞(包括卵細胞)提取物為材料的非細胞體系核膜重建模式(Curr Biol, 2001, 2002; Eur J Cell Biol,2002)。
4,發現核膜物質運輸相關蛋白importin alpha和beta 參與核膜裝配(Curr Biol, 2002;Cell Res,2012)。
5,發現Ran 調控核孔複合體裝配(Eur J Cell Biol, 2002;Cell Res,2012)。
6,發現RCC1在染色體上定位所産生的Ran-GTP梯度是紡錘體正确裝配所需要的(Curr Biol, 2002)。
7,發現Ran GTPase 通過調控核膜物質運輸進而調控DNA 複制(J Cell Sci,1998)。
8,以實驗證明細胞核纖層(Nuclear lamina)對細胞核結構的維持和DNA 複制起重要調控作用(J Cell Sci,1996)。
9,發現Nucleoplasin在非洲爪蟾卵提取物細胞凋亡過程中調控染色質的凝集(PNAS,2005)。

10,發現Aurora A/B, Plk1, Cdk1等激酶綜合調控紡錘體裝配(PNAS,2009,2013;Cell Res, 2008, 2011; J Cell Sci, 2009, 2013a, 2013b)。 

11,發現CDK1, Aurora A/B和TPX2等綜合調控紡錘體裝配的新機制(J Cell Biol, 2015a; J Cell Sci, 2015;J Biol Chem, 2015)。

12, 發現去泛素化酶Ups16和Plk1綜合調控動粒與紡錘體微管的結合及紡錘體裝配的調控機制(J Cell Biol,2015b;CMLS,2017)。

13,發現細胞周期調控因子調控初級纖毛動态變化及其細胞信号轉導功能(Cell Sci, 2013, 2014;PLoS Biol, 2015; J Biol Chem, 2017a)。

14,發現DNA複制起始調控因子CDC6調控rDNA轉錄的新機制(J Cell SCI,2016)和調控中心體複制的新機制(NatureCommunications,2017)。

15,發現CDK4-Cyclin D1激酶調控細胞周期起始的新機制(J Biol Chem,2017b)。
