本人實驗室的主要研究興趣在于:
系統與進化植物學:運用宏觀至微觀生物學的手段,通過對基因到表型、個體到群體多層次遺傳變異式樣及其成因的綜合分析,研究植物類群/基因/基因家族的起源和演化,探讨它們的分類、系統發生關系及其演化曆史。
植物居群/種群生物學:以植物的居群/種群為研究對象,利用群體遺傳學的原理和方法,研究目标植物的居群遺傳結構、時空動态變化及其成因,探讨物種形成的式樣和機制。
植物進化發育生物學:通過對植物演化過程中關鍵創新性性狀及其相關基因和表達調控網絡的研究,推動對植物表型演化機制和多樣性起源的探索。
