PTN項目植物學課程,研究生,春季學期,PTN項目模塊課,參與,北京大學 随着中國進入老齡化社會和城鎮化發展,農業機械化生産是未來趨勢。機械化直播中,由于幼苗出土的整齊性和存活率較低,造成大量種子損失,并嚴重影響了農作物的精細分布。
實驗室緻力于研究植物(拟南芥、大豆等)對于陸地土壤環境的适應,重點關注植物種子在土壤中萌發,幼苗向上生長破土,以及出土後見光存活的分子調控機制。主要研究内容有:
1)種子萌發,幼苗形态建成及變綠存活;
2)光照、溫度、機械壓力等環境因子與植物内源激素互作;
3)細胞鈣信号編碼與解碼分子機制;
4)植物應答土壤機械壓力(植物觸覺)的受體及信号傳導通路。
