生理學 , 主講 , 北京大學 , 春季 1998- 缺血性腦卒中是危害人類生命健康的重大疾病。在全腦缺血或局部缺血的核心區,胞外谷氨酸濃度可達到100-300mM。谷氨酸的積累造成谷氨酸受體的過度激活,胞内鈣離子超載,并引發神經元的凋亡及壞死。本實驗室的興趣在于利用電生理學和激光共聚焦成像技術、結合分子生物學等實驗方法,研究腦缺血損傷過程中神經元鈣穩态的調控機制、神經元與膠質細胞相互作用機制。另一方面,因冬眠動物達烏爾黃鼠具有耐受低溫和低氧環境的特性,以及近期我們證實黃鼠能夠一定程度抵抗心髒停跳導緻的腦缺血損傷,本實驗室希望從神經元及膠質細胞入手深入研究其缺血耐受的神經機制。
