王剛博士2010年本科畢業于蘭州大學,2015年博士畢業于北京大學;2015年至2023年先後在哥倫比亞大學和康奈爾大學威爾醫學院從事博士後研究,随後擔任康奈爾大學威爾醫學院講師;2024年7月起任beat365官方网站和北大-清華生命科學聯合中心研究員。王剛博士長期緻力于研究癌症誘導機體多組織器官的系統性病變的機理,在腫瘤誘導肝髒代謝病變、癌症惡液質等方向取得多項原創性成果,在Nature, Nature Medicine, Nature Cell Biology, Cancer Cell等權威期刊發表多篇論文。

2012 博士研究生國家獎學金 我們對癌症的理解已經從腫瘤細胞的内部調控擴展到腫瘤與微環境之間複雜的相互作用,并認識到癌症是一種全身系統性疾病。随着腫瘤對全身的影響,它不僅能誘導肝髒與肌肉代謝功能的失調,還導緻了免疫系統功能紊亂;腫瘤不僅能直接調控遠端組織器官的功能,還能通過調節組織器官之間的相互作用而破壞機體穩态。機體穩态的失衡既影響了抗腫瘤治療的療效和預後,也降低了癌症患者的生存率和生活質量。然而,我們對腫瘤誘導的宿主全身系統性病變機理的了解仍然匮乏,這嚴重阻礙了抗腫瘤治療策略的發展,限制了治療癌症及其并發症的效果。
本實驗室從免疫、代謝及惡液質這三個方向深入探究腫瘤誘發宿主體内多組織、器官功能性病變的機理,為治療癌症及其并發症,尤其是惡液質等提供重要的治療靶點,以期提高患者的生存率和生活質量。主要研究方向包括:
