微生物學,本科生,春季學期,專業必修課,主持,北京大學 白洋實驗室緻力于研究微生物組與宿主的良性互作機制,重點關注非模式微生物。這些非模式微生物在微生物組中占據絕大多數,與宿主形成良性互作關系,對宿主的生長與健康至關重要。然而,我們對他們的了解非常有限。實驗室的研究方向主要包括:
研究方向一:運用微生物組學數據分析、微生物高通量培養和分子遺傳學技術,探索根際微生物組對水稻、拟南芥等植物生長與健康所起的作用,以及其潛在的分子機制。
研究方向二:基于微生物基因組和宏基因組資源,高效挖掘微生物中尚未被發現的暗物質,探索全新的生物學過程及其在實際應用中的潛力。
研究方向三:結合微生物分子遺傳學和生物信息學等方法,開發推動微生物組領域發展的關鍵技術。
