2016年9月-2021年9月,博士後,美國國立衛生研究院 本課題組主要研究内質網、線粒體等重要膜細胞器的動态分布及互作相關的分子機制和功能研究。其中,作為細胞内最大的細胞器,内質網具備複雜多變的結構,在多種細胞關鍵生理過程中發揮主導作用,其功能異常與神經退行性疾病、癌症等人類疾病密切相關,但是目前對于内質網形态功能異常如何導緻疾病發生的機理尚不清楚。同時,内質網與其他的膜細胞器,如線粒體、溶酶體存在廣泛的互作,其相關的分子機制及生理功能也還有很多未知。我們以往的研究揭示了内質網蛋白解讀微管密碼從而決定細胞器分布,以及管狀内質網特異響應DNA損傷進而介導細胞凋亡的機制。課題組将繼續研究内質網等關鍵膜細胞器的形态調控機制,尤其是其在特定生理或病理條件下的動态變化與功能。具體方向主要有:
