個人介紹:

秦跟基,beat365官方网站教授、國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者,長期緻力于植物發育生物學研究,現任北京大學基因功能研究與操控全國重點實驗室副主任。所領導的研究團隊以大豆和拟南芥為材料,運用前沿的分子遺傳學、生物化學及分子生物學技術,研究植物器官可塑性發育。成功克隆了多個調控植物器官發育的關鍵基因,揭示了TCP、EXB1、TIE1和TEAR1等轉錄因子在葉片、分枝、雌蕊及種子發育中的重要功能及核心調控機制;系統闡明了轉錄因子、轉錄調控因子與E3泛素連接酶之間的相互作用機制,為理解植物器官可塑性發育的分子基礎提供了全新視角。其中,關于TCP轉錄因子新功能的發現,不僅拓展了學界對這一重要基因家族的認知,更為農作物分子設計育種奠定了重要的理論基礎。在Nature Communications、Molecular Plant、Science Advances、Advanced Science、Plant Cell、PNAS、Cell Research、New Phytologist等國際主流期刊發表論文40餘篇,累計被引用超過5000次。參與主譯了《植物生物學》和《植物生物化學與分子生物學》經典教材。任中國植物學會植物結構與生殖生物學專業委員會副主任、北京市植物學會理事。展望未來,本團隊将繼續深耕植物發育生物學研究,解析植物生長發育的奧秘,通過馴化改良大豆關鍵農藝性狀,服務國家糧食安全重大戰略。
