個人介紹:

日本東京農工大學獲得博士學位,美國賓西法尼亞州立大學博士後研究員。beat365官方网站教授,博士生導師,生命科學學位分會主席,蛋白質與基因研究國家重點實驗室副主任。擔任國家自然科學基金醫學科學領域學科評審組成員,北京市自然科學基金生物學科組會議評審專家。中國生物化學與分子生物學會蛋白質專業委員會委員,中國生物化學與分子生物學會酶學專業委員會委員、常務委員,中國生物物理學會女科學家分會理事。北京市生物化學與分子生物學學會副理事長。
研究組主要利用生化分子生物學、細胞生物學、免疫學和結構生物學等技術方法,鑒定新的調控腫瘤細胞生長、炎症和固有免疫性疾病的蛋白,包括影響腫瘤轉移和耐藥的外泌體蛋白,研究這些蛋白發揮作用的信号通路和分子機制。探讨泛素化、類泛素化和磷酸化等蛋白質翻譯後修飾在DNA 損傷應答、炎症、腫瘤發生發展中的調控作用及機制,明确蛋白質功能的失調與炎症、腫瘤等重大疾病的發生和發展的關系。
先後主持、承擔了20餘項國家自然科學基金重點項目、面上項目,國際合作ICGEB課題,教育部博士點基金和優先發展基金、國家“重大科學研究計劃”課題,科技部863課題、973課題等多項課題的研究。已經發表多篇SCI文章,其中作為通訊作者發表了68篇文章(Nature Comm,Cell Death Differentiation,PNAS, PLoS Pathogen, Oncogene, Nucleic Acid Res, Cell Res, J Cell Sci, JBC等),合作發表包括Science和PNAS等在内的16篇SCI論文,作為第一作者發表6篇文章。

      一些參與基本生物學過程的重要蛋白質的功能失調會影響細胞的正常生理功能,并可能導緻炎症、腫瘤在内的多種疾病,因此,對這些蛋白的結構和功能開展研究具有重要的生物學意義。我們實驗室利用生化分子生物學、細胞生物學、免疫學和結構生物學等技術方法,發現并鑒定調控腫瘤細胞生長、炎症和固有免疫性疾病的新的調控蛋白,研究這些蛋白發揮作用的信号通路和分子機制。研究泛素化、類泛素化和磷酸化等蛋白質翻譯後修飾在DNA 損傷應答、炎症、腫瘤發生發展中的調控作用及機制,明确蛋白質功能的失調與炎症、腫瘤等重大疾病的發生和發展的關系。
本實驗室主要興趣在于:
1. 腫瘤發生發展和轉移調控蛋白的篩選、鑒定和分子機制研究
2. DNA損傷修複—基因組穩定性----癌症
3. 病毒--固有免疫—DNA損傷應答—炎症和腫瘤

主要研究方向包括鑒定影響腫瘤發生發展和轉移調控的新蛋白,揭示泛素化、類泛素化、乙酰化等蛋白質翻譯後修飾在DNA損傷應答、腫瘤細胞耐藥、腫瘤代謝、免疫調控中的作用和分子機制。先後主持和承擔了國家自然科學基金生命學部和醫學部重點項目(3)、面上項目(7),國際合作ICGEB課題(2),教育部博士點優先發展基金、科技部863973、國家重大科學研究計劃近二十個項目的研究。
