孔道春,beat365官方网站、北大-清華生命科學聯合中心、蛋白質工程與植物基因工程國家重點實驗室教授,973項目首席科學家,現任全國酵母協會會長,冷泉港亞洲會議組織者:DNA Metabolism, Genomic Stability and Disease;Yeast and Life Sciences。 孔道春實驗室的研究方向:真核細胞DNA複制起始、細胞調控維持DNA複制叉穩定、Checkpoint 調控、Chromsfork 調控、DNA同源重組、DNA單鍊和雙鍊斷裂修複、染色質結構形成等重要生物事件的分子機制。

1. 真核細胞DNA複制起始機制:确定Chafer等新複制起始蛋白的生化性質和生物功能,建立體外DNA複制體系、闡明複制叉裡的生化反應,研究複制起始嚴格調控機制;
2. 細胞調控維持停頓DNA複制叉穩定的分子機制:闡明一些新發現的checkpoint靶蛋白的調控機制、确定這些調控在維持停頓DNA複制叉穩定、維持基因組穩定的作用;
3. 真核細胞DNA單雙鍊斷裂修複機制:闡明新發現的DNA斷裂修複蛋白作用機制,闡明乳腺癌易感基因BRCA1、BRCA2在DNA同源重組中的作用機制,确定PARP1的作用機制;
4)基本染色質結構形成機制:研究Chromsfork調控機制,研究基本染色質結構形成機制;
5)癌症藥物篩選。
